[:en]Workshop Adapting to a changing climate in wildfire management – 16–17 January 2020: OECD, Paris[:]

[:en]Organised by the OECD, in collaboration with PLACARD, the European research platform on Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction, this meeting was organised as part of the activities of the OECD Joint Adaptation Task Force.

In a context where climate change is expected to exacerbate the risk of wildfires in future, a joint PLACARD and OECD workshop will discuss the current knowledge and policy gaps on how to accelerate action for resilience to such fires.

Session 2 dedicated to human issues led to presentations and discussions related to interfaces.
